2007 Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale: Rare Shelby Cobra Sold at $850,000

This white 1966 Cobra went straight from the AC Cars factory to Ford Advanced Vehicles. This car and one other 427 Cobra were used by Ford as promotional vehicles on the track and for show. After Ford was done with this one it went to a buyer in Paris, France who kept it until 1977. The car has 10,000 km on the clock and just recently had a full restoration. Pretty rare and straight Cobra as the first of the third run, this one brought a high gavel price of $850,000.
